WILLS NOVEMBER SALES MEETING AND 2009 PLANNING - November 28-30, 2008
On the date of Nov. 28-30, the last sales reporting for the year 2008 was made to be special since it was done, not on the usual venue at Wills main office, but at the Heart of the Ocean beach resort in Lemery, Batangas. This is to congratulate the feats and efforts of the sales team for hitting their respective volume targets for the old year of 2008. The event also paved the way to evaluate and assess the achievements of all of the SE’s and each managers’ businesses as a whole. Constructive criticisms and comments to improve all the sales performances were done so as to ready everyone for the coming year ahead.
The date also became a venue for all of the sales divisions to formulate their sales plans and marketing strategies for 2009. Aside from the set principal budgets, company targets were established in order to guide all SE’s on what sales quantity each sales division need to achieve for the new year.
The last night and day, were spent with merry making and enjoying the scenery at the beach. Each had a moment of dancing, singing and playing games with everyone, enjoying the event to the fullest. Each had unforgettable experiences to share and lasting memories to keep. But the most important event of all is that everybody had a feeling of pride, satisfaction and confidence, ready to face whatever obstacle that may be encountered for the coming year ahead.
