WILLS 5S ACTIVITY - April 25, 2009
In line with the company’s objective of improving quality, productivity, safety, cost and delivery, Wills International Sales Corporation has introduced the concept of 5S to all employees. An in-house seminar took place last April 25, 2009; followed by actual 5S activity last May 2, 2009.
Starting with this program helps bring employees together and begin to create an attitude of improvement. 5S is effective because it shows immediate results and empowers all staff to start thinking of more improvements.
5S is also a system that makes people delighted because the result is a clean and orderly environment – “a place for everything and everything in its place.
