NOVOZYMES INCENTIVE TRIP AND TRAINING TO JAPAN - May 14 to 18, 2009
Novozymes granted Wills an incentive on an all expenses paid trip to Tokyo, Japan, for achieving 100 % of 2008 Balance Score Card and over shooting the 2008 Sales Budget. The sales team was also awarded a 99.99 % gold coin each, for good sales performance.
Our days was spent in Novozymes office for a training on the cereals enzymes given by Mr. Noriyuki Nakashima. We also visited the Japan Institute of Baking (JIB) and met Mr. Daihachi Iga, a very well respected person in Japan’s bakery industry. Mr. Iga shared with us his knowledge in baking and gave us a tour of the school which provided training to both amateur and professional bakers.
We also had a tour of Tokyo’s famous places such as Meiji-jingu Shrine, Imperial Palace, Senso-ji Temple, Odaiba and the Symphony Cruise , which cruise around the sights of Tokyo Bay, Rainbow Bridge and others. Lunch was at the Seaside Hotel Shiba-yayoi Pastel-tei which provides the panoramic view of Tokyo Bay. We also had a memorable Shopping time at the 100 yen store.
The trip to Japan was a very memorable moment for us. It definitely gave us a great motivation to even work harder for Novozymes and make our partnership a huge Success!
