GRIFFITH LABORATORIES TRAINING TO WILLS - June 25 to 26, 2009
The 1st Griffith Laboratories internal training for the sales team of Wills International Sales Corporation was held last June 25, 2009 at the Sommerset Millenium Hotel in Makati City. The training was conducted by the Griffith Laboratories Thailand team led by Mr. Grant Hobbs - R&D Director, Mr. Bob Waller - Sales & Marketing Director, Ms. Paten Rosete - Marketing Manager, and Ms. Elan Avila - Senior Technologist.
With a global presence including 21 manufacturing facilities, Griffith Laboratories is a strong worldwide enterprise able to meet the needs of the country's growing food industry. Having a global network of chefs, including six (6) in Asia, and in coordination with research technologists and application technologists, Griffith Laboratories is able to transform unique tastes from their application test kitchens and adapt them to the clients requirements as stated by Ms. Paten Rosete.
Mr. Grant Hobbs, a chef himself, provided the sales team the basic process on how seasonings and coatings are developed. From knowing the starting costs, substrates, the process it undergoes, up to how it ends up on the shelf or on your plate, Grant clearly explained his expertise to the team. Griffith Laboratories is not just a global manufacturer of food ingredients but proudly considers themselves as an extension of the customer's Research & Development team.
