NOVOZYMES BAKING SEMINAR - February 27, 2008
Novozymes, the world-leading supplier of enzymes, in cooperation with Wills International Sales Corp., conducted a baking seminar entitled Application of Enzymes in Baking Industry last February 27, 2008 at Marco Polo Plaza Hotel, Cebu City. The presentor of the seminar is Mr. Derick Giam from the Technical Service Group of Novozymes China and Ms. Swee Ling Tan also from Novozymes Malaysia.
The seminar was highly attended by leading bakeries and manufacturing firm in Cebu and in the Philippines. Some guest who attended was as far as Mindanao and nearby province of Cebu.
The baking seminar was well-presented not only for technical aspects of enzymes but as well as basic application and cost reduction over chemical additives.
