March 3 & 4, 2008: Wills International Sales Corporation attended the first Dairy Flavor Workshop conducted by CHR Hansen at Sheraton Subang, Malaysia. This workshop was participated by different distributors of CHR Hansen's products from Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, and Thailand.

The workshop aims to provide Enzyme Modified Cheese and dairy flavors training and its application technology in yoghurt & bakery products.

Participants experienced a lot of smelling and tasting of different dairy flavors components during the sensory evaluation segment of the program. All were able to identify the smell, taste & know the mouthfeel characteristics of each dairy flavor.

Another highlight of the event was the sharing of success stories of each participating distributor. The participants made a presentation of their top clients, business strategies and success stories.

The event provided an indepth knowledge regarding flavor through the lectures and selling experiences shared by all participants.

The training also is a vehicle for all the distributors to meet up personally and be acquianted with the CHR Hansen staffs and work for GOOD BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP.
