FIL-CHI FOOD EXHIBIT - March 8-10, 2008
Few Months preparation for this exhibit paved off when thousands of curious people went to this event last March 8-10, 2007. All bread samples for the promotion of Novamyl 1500 MG and Lipopan Xtra BG were all accomplished due to the help of Mix Masters’ R&D/Plant Manager, Mr. Lito Garcia.
Bakeries from all parts of the Philippines seem to be very unknowledgeable when it comes to enzymes. The seminar, Dough Strengthening using Lipases, presented by Beate Kornbrust makes it more seemingly understandable to them. The fear of using unknown food ingredients opened up their mind as looking into the cost and health benefits it could manifest.
The next Fil-Chi Food Exhibit in 2009 will also be held at World Trade Center. The event comes every 2 years for all Fil-Chi Bakeries Association Members.
